1. A batch of fire hoses of the same type, inner diameter, and length (1000 meters) shall be considered for inspection. Randomly select 100 meters for visual inspection. Take three samples using the most economical method; the sample length should comply with the requirements of section 3.1.1.
2. The inner diameter of each sample should comply with the requirements of this standard; the arithmetic mean of the unit length weight and leakage of the three samples should comply with the requirements of this standard; each sample shall undergo only one burst test under one condition, and it should comply with the requirements of this standard.
3. If any item fails to comply with the requirements of this standard during inspection, a retest of that item is permitted. For the retest, the sample size shall be doubled using the most economical method. The results of the retest of all samples should comply with the requirements of this standard; otherwise, the product is considered unqualified.
4. When there is a dispute between the supplier and the buyer regarding product quality, all costs of arbitration inspection shall be borne by the responsible party.
